For our Project Team we are looking for a Junior Event Project Manager (m/f/d). The Proske project managers are experts in strategic meeting management – for virtual solutions as well as live-marketing programs. The service portfolio ranges from trustful client consulting, conceptual design, solution-focused implementation to analytical evaluation of our meetings. Your workplace can be in one of our offices in the centre of Rosenheim or at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich, or you can work flexibly from home.

THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT.
- As an organizational talent, you actively take on the successful handling of your own operational (sub-) projects for different event formats
- In participant management as well as in contact with service providers (e.g. with hotel chains, restaurants) you demonstrate your strong people skills
- You know exactly when and how to manage invitations, participants and registrations and always keep an eye on the project timeline
- Your tasks also include various research activities as well as obtaining quotes from hotels, restaurants, suppliers, etc.
- During the entire project, you will keep an eye on the budget, prepare and analyze reports as part of project controlling and also take over the project closure
- You travel to our events and provide competent on-site support to our participants
THESE SKILLS SET YOU APART.
- University degree or apprenticeship in event management, project management, tourism, hotel management or similar careers
- Relevant professional experience in the operational implementation of meetings & events, the hotel industry, the tourism sector or the travel industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Profound knowledge of Excel, Power Point and event-related software (e.g. Cvent)
- Knowledge of current trends in the event industry
- Business fluent in German as well as English (written and spoken); further language skills would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel (inter-)nationally
