US Congress Coordinator (m/f/d).

For our US project team, we are seeking a US Congress Coordinator. This role has at least 1 yr of experience in the events industry, specifically in the life sciences sector. The service needs of this role are mainly administrative, sending calendar invites, attendee correspondence and managing onsite schedules at congresses. This role is remote based in the US.

- College degree
- 1-3 yrs experience in the events industry, specifically managing attendees and/or pharma congress experience, Cvent experience
- Full-time role / 40 hrs per week
- Travel 10-20% domestic

Salary range ($45-55K)
