THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT

For our US project team, we are seeking a US Congress Coordinator. This role has at least 1 yr of experience in the events industry, specifically in the life sciences sector. The service needs of this role are mainly administrative, sending calendar invites, attendee correspondence and managing onsite schedules at congresses. This role is remote based in the US.

1-3 yrs experience in the events industry, specifically managing attendees and/or pharma congress experience, Cvent experience
Full-time role / 40 hrs per week
Travel 10-20% domestic
