THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT
- Development and operational implementation of innovative live communication concepts for virtual, hybrid, and face-to-face event formats
- Responsibility for project management and professional client consulting, especially in the following areas:
- Audio-Visual Productions: Development of AV concepts and their operational implementation
- Virtual Venues: Development, set-up and optimization of virtual venues for our events
- Websites and Event Apps: Building and configuration of applications
- Show Calling: Preparation of operational direction for face-to-face, hybrid and virtual events as well as onsite stage management
- Digital Productions: Development of digital productions (e.g. webinars) as well as their operational implementation
- Integration of new technologies and engagement elements in our event concepts (e.g. apps, VR, AR, websites)
- Budget planning, -controlling and -responsibility
- Expansion of our service offerings and our international quality partner network
THESE SKILLS SET YOU APART
- You have a university degree or training in event and/or project management; we also welcome similar careers in the event sector.
- You have relevant experience in the planning, organisation and implementation of digital, hybrid and live events, with particular expertise in trade fairs and exhibition stand construction.
- You have already successfully planned and implemented stand concepts and know how to deal with and manage trade fair service providers
- You have a passion for innovative events, trade fairs, live communication and virtual solutions
- A careful, precise and efficient way of working is a matter of course for you
- With your skills in dealing with new technologies (e.g. apps, VR, AR, websites) you can quickly adapt to any technical innovation
- Experience in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- Your professionalism in customer communication & experience in dealing with VIPs means that you always conduct conversations at eye level
- Business English and ideally other languages are part of your personal portfolio and make you a communication talent
- You love to travel internationally and face new challenges
