For our project team, we are looking for a new (Senior) Project Manager - Focus on Digital Events (m/f/d). The Proske project managers are experts in strategic meeting management – for virtual solutions as well as live-marketing programs. The service portfolio ranges from trustful client consulting, conceptual design, solution-focused implementation to analytical evaluation of our meetings. Your workplace can be in one of our offices in the centre of Rosenheim or at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich, or you can work flexibly in a home office.

THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT

• With your know-how in strategic customer consulting, you define complex event projects in digital, hybrid and live event formats together with our international customers
• As part of multi-project management, you are responsible for the entire process of various projects
• Your tasks include customer-specific consulting on the achievement of project goals as well as the definition of KPIs
• You are skilled in considering and continuously involving important stakeholders
• You plan and monitor complex cash flows and budgets with your eye for context and your understanding of numbers
• You know how to motivate your project team to achieve common goals and work closely with our Creation, Operations and Production departments
• As an idea driver, you will be able to identify new business areas and develop products further

THESE SKILLS SET YOU APART

• You have a university degree or training in event or project management, but we also welcome similar careers in the event sector
• You have several years of practical experience in the planning, conception and implementation of (digital/ hybrid/ live) events
• Your affinity for digital trends and new technologies in the event industry is a plus
• Your knowledge of virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Click Meeting) rounds off your profile
• Business English and ideally other languages are part of your personal portfolio and make you a communication talent
• You love to travel internationally and face new challenges
